Could have been worse : 不幸中の幸い

I got mail from police station which says “careless drive” $100, “Visual Aid” $100, total $200, there was no penalty points. It should be fine. It didn’t say anything about court.
It could have been worse, but lucky me, that’s not too bad.

$200 is not cheap, but it’s inevitable. While I’m driving and am really careful and waring fake grass. lol

今日、反則金の紙が送られてきて、不注意運転で$100、メガネなしで$100の計$200、罰則ポイントなし？でした。紙に書いてなかったんで、大丈夫なんでしょう。裁判所うんぬんもありませんでした。
不幸中の幸いといいますか、これだけで済んで本当に良かったです。

$200は痛いですが、まあ仕方ありません。最近伊達メガネで安全運転です。
