He compared Konosuke Matsuthita and Peter Drucker and said Matsushita estimated higher than Drucker, because of Matsushita is the person who has done business in real, but Drucker hasn’t. If I really simplify to say this article, is that. Of course, there are many opposite opinions.

Think about teacher, does teacher need to have all the experiences which he teaches? Maybe not. Shouldn’t be. It’s a difficult question.
I think teacher also try to experience as much as he can.

確かに、実践が伴っているか否か、という点では松下幸之助が上という意見だ。
同じ土俵で比べる云々の議論はおいておいて。

教師という立場を考えた場合、なんでもかんでも自分で経験して、自分が経験したことしか教えられないかというとそうでは無い。そうであってはいけない。
ただ、可能な限り実践、経験するよう挑戦すべきではあると思う。

頭を養い、足を使う。
