At first, for the student organized this march, you’ve got such leadership! Start your company!
It can be a company helps job hunters.
Secondarily, the students followed this march, if you’ve got that power followed this march, let’s create job opportunities in the world.
You can do that!
If you won’t join the company next year, will you be starved in 2 or 3 years?
If you only make a claim to existing system, you will be in labor union after you joined the company.

“Don’t differentiate new graduates and the others”
If you think so, establish your company does’t do that by yourself.

Big company in overseas were established by uni students
There is a president of high school student in Japan.

National isolation country, Japan. We can’t escape from this perspective.
Don’t be stereotype. Stand different view. Experience new things. Touch different values.

I hope young Japanese aren’t exthausted during job hunting, but try to find your potential and act.

There are many small medium company are better than big company in Japan and nobody knows big company still exists in 10 years.

待て待て、待つんだ若者たち！

先日のエントリーに書いたことも改めて読んで欲しい。

まずデモを組織した学生、そんなにリーダーシップがあるのだから、会社を始めなさ
い。それこそ就職を支援する会社でも。
そしてそこに集まった若者達、そのデモをしよう！という力があるのなら、そのエネ
ルギーを持って社会に雇用を創出しようではないか！君達なら出来るだろう。
1,2年就職が遅れて餓死してしまう奴がいるか？

既存の仕組みに文句を言うのだと、就職してから行き先は労働組合だぞ。

「新卒や既卒で差別をしないでほしい。」
であればそういう評価をする会社を、自分達の手で作り上げればいいではないか！

海外の大きな会社、皆大学生が始めてます。
今日本でも高校生だって社長しています。

鎖国日本。この体質は未だ拭えない。
従来の価値観に捉われるな。視野を広げること。自分の知らないことを見聞きする。
そして多様な価値観と向き合うこと。

どうか日本の若者は就職活動などで疲弊せず、自分の可能性を生かす活動、行動をし
ていって欲しい。

大手に入ったってリストラされるぞ。10年後残っているかなんて分からない。
中小企業だっていい会社はいっぱいある。
