Employment ice age : 就職氷河期

Employment rate of Uni student is the worst since 1996. Students, are looking for job are in hard environment.
“We will graduate next year, so we will have to find a job.” They say.

During job hunting, I wonder that there are stundents have already found what you really want to do.
Is that job really you want at the moment?

In this world economic crisis, nobody knows stable future. Big company will probably be bankrupt. There is no “absolutely” thing in the world.
Toyota will possibly break down in the future, but in fact, this rate is extremely row.

If you have business idea and you have friends can discuss this, you should start your company.
You don’t need work experience of bad company.

If students are on TV and will start company and create job in the economy, it’s much better than you lose your passion and pride during job hunting.
You should try something before you have nothing. Even if you fail, you won’t die.
If your company doesn’t become big, you won’t get big debt and won’t really hurt.

When you start something new, people surronded you criticize you, like “That’s risky.” coz someone hadn’t had that kind of experience.
Or someone gives you an advice which comes from his experience. “That choice is risky”
However, new thing is “New thing” no one tried before. You don’t need to listen those.

Married, Family, Something you need to protect….
If you start something late, you will have something important and needs to protect.
“Early” is better.

After graduate Uni, you will be employee.
Japanese, let’s across the street “together” when the right is red then you won’t afraid.
Throw this kind of view right away.

I hope you step forward with brave.
You guys are much smarter and have lots of brilliant abilities than me.
You shouldn’t lose those during stupid job hunting.

Just do it! then you will know you can do it!

1996年以来の学生の就職内定率が最低らしい。今、就職活動をしている学生は大変だ。
みんな一斉に卒業するから、来年は就職しないと、とみんな言う。

就職活動の際に「本当にやりたいこと」が見つかっている学生はいるのだろうか？
本当にやりたい、と思っている仕事が自分に合っている天職だろうか？

こんな世の中、大企業に勤めたっていつ倒れるか分からない。世の中「絶対」ということはないのだから、もしかするとTOYOTAだってつぶれるかもしれない。
ただ、可能性が非常に低いというだけで。

もし君に少しでもビジネスのアイデアがあるのなら、そういう話ができる仲間がいるのなら、自分の会社を始めてみたらいい。
しょうもない企業に勤めての社会経験なんて不要。
今日のニュースで出ていた学生の何割かが自ら起業し、世の中に雇用を創出したほうがよっぽどいいのではないか？
就職活動で疲弊し、自分に自信や誇りを失うなら、
その前に、大して何も失うものが無いときに起業すればいい。失敗したって死にはしない
大して企業規模を大きくできないままつぶれても借金は大して残らない。傷は大きくない。

何かを新しいことを始めようとするとき周囲は必ず批判します。なぜなら、その人間は自分が経験したことがないことだから。
もしくはその他の経験則によりその選択肢の可能性が限りなく低いことを体感しているから。
でも新しいことは誰もやったことがない。人からとやかく言われる筋合いはない。

結婚して、家族を作って、守らなければいけないものを作って
時間が経てば経つほど動きにくくなる。動くのは早いほうがいい。

大学を卒業したら就職
日本人　赤信号、皆で渡れば怖くない
もうそんな価値観は捨てよう。

みなさんの勇気ある一歩を期待してます。
みんなは、今これを書いているおっさんよりよっぽど賢く、魅力ある能力を持ち合わせている。
それを画一的な就職活動ですり減す必要はない！
