English Speaking Education : 英会話教育

Japanese education system needs English Speaking Lesson seriously.
Everyone knows that, and everyone understands that, but how we think it seriously and urgently?
People who has gone to overseas once, totally understand what we need.

What to do?

The answer is really simple. To bring English Speaking exam in national university entrance examination. That’s it.

I think it must improve English level of high school stundents. The level must be changed.
It will make huge change in Japan.

I don’t know why Japanese goverment not to do that. Maybe, there are many of stupid stakeholders in the goverment or around it.
We should do that immidiately.
From next year. All of high school students will be on the same stage. Of course we need to separate retunee.

There are many English school which is only following profit, at the moment, but there will be some companies which cultivate
people to have international competitiveness.

日本の英語教育にはスピーキングが必須だ。
もう周知の事実だ。みんな頭では分かってる。でもどれだけ実感として理解しているか？
海外に一度でも出た人ならみんな「痛感」している。

何をすべきか？簡単。

センター試験にスピーキングを導入する。まずはこれだけ。

これだけで高校生レベルまでのスピーキング力は大きく向上するだろう。変わらざるを得ない。
本当に大きな変化になるだろう。

おそらく既得権益を保持した勢力からの激しい反対があるのだろうが、これはもうすぐにでも断行すべきだ。
来年からでもすぐにやればいい。準備もくそも今の高校2年生は同じ土俵に乗るだろう。帰国子女なんて試験官がちゃんとしてれば
すぐにわかる。

英会話の会社も本当に英語を使って国際社会で競争できる人材を育てるという志の高い企業も出てくるだろう。出てくるべき。
